two This house is a wonderful location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it is actually in critical need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Preceding reviews pointed out the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. And so the house acquired plenty of sand in it.
The house layout is nice. Definitely needs some paint, correcting up in several places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no problems about the house. We liked the price of this house and didn’t count on a whole lot.
